1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CortexFlow's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CortexFlow provides AI-powered lead generation and social advertising services. Our platform identifies qualified prospects and creates targeted advertising campaigns across various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Instagram, and Twitter.

3. Performance-Based Pricing

Our pricing model is performance-based, meaning you only pay for qualified leads that respond to your campaigns. Pricing varies by advertising platform:

• Facebook Ads: $40 per qualified lead
• LinkedIn Ads: $50 per qualified lead
• Google Ads: $60 per qualified lead

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who responds to your campaign and demonstrates genuine interest in your product or service through actions such as requesting information, scheduling a call, or expressing purchase intent.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. There are no setup fees or monthly subscription costs. You will only be charged for qualified leads as defined in Section 3. Multi-platform campaigns may qualify for volume discounts as outlined in our pricing page.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process data necessary to provide our lead generation services. This includes prospect data, campaign performance metrics, and client business information. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

6. Social Media Platform Integration

Our services require integration with your social media advertising accounts. You grant us permission to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf across connected platforms. You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service.

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of leads delivered through our platform. If you are not satisfied with lead quality, we will work with you to optimize targeting and improve results at no additional cost. Refunds may be provided for leads that do not meet our qualification criteria.

8. Limitation of Liability

CortexFlow's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, algorithms, and proprietary technology remain with CortexFlow. Clients retain ownership of their business data and campaign content.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be charged for all qualified leads delivered up to the termination date. Campaign data and analytics will remain accessible for 90 days post-termination.

11. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Clients must ensure their business practices and advertising content comply with all applicable laws and regulations. CortexFlow reserves the right to refuse service for businesses in prohibited industries or those engaging in illegal activities.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Abilene, Texas.
